Thea graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS degree in Business Marketing and Promotion. She started her career in Business sales, and in 2003 she decided to get her real estate license, following in her father’s footsteps—a realtor in Phoenix for many years. Soon after she met her wonderful husband and started a family. Over the past 12 years, she had decided to stay home and focus on raising their children. While being a mother is by far the best job she’s ever had, Thea has decided to focus her energy on real estate full-time now that her children are older.
“I want to fully understand the wants and needs of my clients. I do this by uncovering concerns and the “why” behind this. By digging deeper, to understand these needs, it will help me understand my client’s priorities and decision criteria. The most important thing for me in any real estate transaction, is making sure my clients have no regrets – no second guessing. I want them to be 100% satisfied with the decisions they make.”
Thea specializes in new home purchases, which she owes to representing herself during the purchase of her own new home. Thea understands the process and what is important to ask for and what to negotiate in a new home purchase.
Thea and her husband share 10 children and 4 grandchildren. Thea finds having a big family is so much fun, and is really grateful for her crazy life. They also have five furry babies – three dogs and two guinea pigs. “There is never a dull moment” Thea says. Outside from work and her family, Thea’s favorite hobbies include exercising, gardening, shopping, cooking, and an occasional poker tournament.
In Thea‘s journey to reboot her career, she gravitated toward the collaboration, education, and value BSW offered. She’s excited to finally submerge herself in this incredible industry!
