Ally Hayden

Where are you from?
Lyndeborough, NH

What do you like most about Denver?
I love how there are so many different neighborhoods with their own charm! And course, the easy access to the mountains and the rest of Colorado.

What did you do before you became a REALTOR?
I was the manager and head photographer for a portrait photography studio. I loved what I did, but I wanted to be able to grow in my career more. I still do photography on the side, but I am very happy with my transition to Real Estate!

What are you passionate about right now in your business?
I am passionate about the growth of BSW Real Estate and I’m looking forward to seeing how we expand going forward!

What has been the most rewarding part of working for BSW Real Estate?
The most rewarding part of working for BSW Real Estate has been the culture of giving. I have always been passionate about volunteerism and supporting causes near to my heart (I went to college on a civic engagement scholarship and I have a minor in nonprofit management), and I am so grateful to be surrounded by a team that shares that passion. Bret, Rhyan, and all of our teammates are always volunteering and giving or sharing new ways to volunteer and give and I love how I am constantly inspired and challenged by them!

What is your favorite part of being a REALTOR?
I work mostly on the administrative side and I love getting to work with all of the Realtors on our team. Everyone brings their own perspective so I love getting to work with and learn from different agents.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I love the mountains, playing volleyball, photography, and volunteering. I enjoy hiking, off-roading, and hot springs as part of my mountain adventures and I am looking forward to adding snowshoeing this year! I’ve played volleyball my whole life and I am so lucky to have found some great teammates here. We have played indoors, and on sand and grass together so far. I have always had a passion for photography and worked as a studio photographer for three years before working for Bret. This year, I sold “Water and Wildflowers of Colorado” calendar and donated the proceeds to the National Park Foundation.

What is your favorite restaurant in Denver?
An actual nice restaurant? Root Down. A little more casual? Corner Beet. Chain? Snarfs!!

What’s one thing about you that many people may not know?
I’m really, really, REALLY good at finding four-leaf clovers!

Why should people work with BSW Group?
People should work with BSW Real Estate because you won’t find better advocates for you. Whether you are a client of BSW or an agent for BSW, you’ll have an incredible team to support you!

Allyson Hayden joined BSW Real Estate as The Director of Audit and Communication in 2017. Her professional background is in business management with a focus on client satisfaction. She brings versatile CRM experience and loves being a part of Bret Weinstein’s team in the fast-paced Denver real estate market. Her favorite aspect of her job is working with her teammates and the fact that they all share a collective passion for giving. Ally enjoys learning about Denver as she goes about her position managing contracts and transactions, as well as client relationships both digitally and in person.
Prior to working with BSW Real Estate, Ally earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Rhetoric from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. Ally was born and raised in rural New Hampshire, where she first developed her love for the outdoors. Ally relocated to Colorado a few years ago after visiting several times and falling in love with Colorado’s backcountry. She loves exploring all corners of Colorado, from mountain towns to hot springs to deserts, and has seen more of the state in her short time than many natives see in their lifetime. Ally also loves to lend a helping hand, and regularly volunteers with Destination Imagination and Love Hope Strength. When she’s not working, playing in the mountains, or volunteering, Ally enjoys photography, playing volleyball, and live music.
